was born and raised in New York City and also lived in Miami and Houston. His father was never there and his mother never gave up on him during his teen and young adult rebellious years.

Carl's childhood friend actor "Carl Anthony Payne II (Cockroach from The Cosby Show and Cole on Martin) and Joyce Payne. (Carl Payne's Mom aka Carl Ducena's acting Mom.) Gave him the motivation to become an actor.

Carl Ducena is no stranger to the entertainment industry. He has been making waves both on and off screen for more than for many years now.

Carl has acted in countless film and television shows. His resume includes but is not limited to outstanding leading and supporting roles. He is currently working on several independent projects and strengthening his union affiliations.

Carl and Tina are now married and are here to Awaken, Inspire, Educate and Entertain the World together as well as remind everyone that it's Normal To Be Fit™. (Carl and Tina have been picked to be NYers of the Week by NY1 news Feb 4, 2017.)

In addition to owning OWN THE ROOM ENT and Think Win Big ENT production companies. Carl and Tina have Teamed up w/ Business partner Michael L. Walker to create TiCaMi ENT and they are producing Positive, Entertaining and Intriguing content for Film and TV shows. "Feel good TV"
